Dave has had a varied career\, working in Corporate Recovery for PwC with a focus on restructuring\, turnarounds and recapitalising underperforming businesses. He was the CFO/COO for Icebreaker joining when business turnover was $50m and played key part in the evolution of the company into a ‘mini multinational’\, leaving when turnover was $230m. He’s also been CFO of Goodman Fielder NZ\, New Zealand’s largest fast moving consumer goods company. And more recently\, he led an advisory business focussing on advising early stage high growth companies including leading numerous capital raises. Throughout these roles\, cash management and capital investment were at the forefront.\n				\n			\n				\n			\n				\n				Rudi Bansal is Regional Manager for Auckland in Commercial Banking at Kiwibank. He brings over a decade of experience in business and commercial banking.
