Good faith sits at the heart of every employment relationship, with both parties obliged to maintain a constructive and productive relationship.

With remote working and moving from Alert Level 4 to Alert Level 3, unwanted behaviours – like people becoming keyboard warriors – that you may have noticed prior to COVID-19 could be exacerbated. So, what are your options when your employees aren’t performing up to the required expectations? And how do you balance out mental health and work from home capabilities when making that assessment?
