A special small business webinar on Cashflow Management.

As the economy slows and customers stay home, new pressures are emerging for many of us. Getting a handle on your business financial position has never been more critical. The first step to achieving this is to have visibility of your cashflow in real-time as this will help you understand well in advance what the impact will be for you.

Knowing your financial position will give you the confidence to make informed decisions about the future of your business, and help you determine what you need to do next, and know where you need to apply your focus.

For some small business owners, the decisions you will be making will be based on the question “is it viable for me to keep operating through the pandemic or should I call it quits early?”. You want to make sure you are making the right decisions for you.

In this session, Shelley Magic from MYOB and Richard Abel from Accounting and Taxation Centre Limited will join Craig Garner, Business Mentors New Zealand Chief Executive, to share practical cashflow management advice for small businesses.

Topics discussed will be:

  • Cashflow essentials, forecasting and scenario modelling
  • How to maximise incomings with the help of Government stimulus and minimise outgoings
  • When to consider winding down and what you need to know
  • Q&A

This one-hour webinar is provided at no charge to our community of mentors and small business owners. This online session is free to access for anyone who would benefit from this learning; please feel free to share access to this webinar with your own community.
