Natalie Sisson’s new book Suck It Up, Princess delivers “real-life strategies to be the heroine you already are and have the money, success and life you deserve”.

Women everywhere have an inner critic that tries to derail their best-laid plans. Even the most productive women may be plagued by doubt or allow perfectionism and procrastination to disrupt their path to success no matter how accomplished, talented, or prosperous they are.

Suck It Up, Princess is here to help women develop the right mindset and strategies to overcome this, says its author Natalie Sisson. “It teaches women to identify inner skills and talents, utilize life experiences, tap into hidden potential, and leverage their unique selves to create the life they truly want to live.”

Packed with transformational personal stories, proven methods, and practical advice, Suck It Up, Princess is the coach every woman needs to get out of her way and become the heroine of her own life.

‘I wrote this book because I’ve been there too,’ shares Sisson. ‘I want you to develop the right mindset, habits, and strategies to kick your inner critic, doubts, fears, and perfectionism to the curb, and instead kick ass!’

Interlaced with lots of humour, this honest and personal account will resonate with all women. ‘You’ll learn, as I have, where you need to forget ahead and ‘just do it’ and when you need to slow down and show yourself some true compassion!’

Suck it up, Princess is broken into 5 parts:

In part 1 women will learn to unleash their inner heroine by telling imposter syndrome where to go. They’ll learn to weed out negative thoughts, let go of ego, and push through fears.

Part 2 teaches women how to create their universe. How to be proactive vs reactive, to create boundaries, and to learn to say no so they can say yes to what they really want, attract what they desire, and set and smash their own records.

Part 3 helps women become the warrior princess they were born to be. They’ll learn how to ask for what they want, get rid of energy vampires, how to learn to love failure, and to ignore the naysayers.

Part 4 opens up their treasure chest, learning to charge what they are worth, value themselves and become a leading learner.

And part 5 will have women becoming a queen of hearts, dosing up on self-worth, taking a chance on love, and breaking up with bad romance.

Suck it up, Princess is for women who thought they had it all together, and have reached a stage in their life or career where they realise they don’t at all and are wondering what the f*ck do I do now? Or they’ve achieved their wildest dreams and are wondering what their new why should be? And it’s for women, who simply love reading a great book, that makes them laugh, cry, snort, resonate, ponder, reflect, take action and become a heroine of their own life.

Natalie is an entrepreneur, author, leading learner, teacher, advisor, and Monetisation Coach. She works with women to combine their passions, skills, and expertise and turn them into profitable products and offerings that make an impact on others, through her online resources, courses, membership, and podcast. After 8 years in the corporate world, and then two years as co-founder of a Technology company FundRazr, Natalie started her own online business in April 2010, monetizing her 6-month-old blog ‘The Suitcase Entrepreneur’ by turning it into a multiple-six figure online education platform.

In late 2016 Natalie decided to return to New Zealand and settle into a completely new way of life and pivot her business. She lives in Mangaroa Valley.

Natalie is a two-time Amazon No #1 bestselling author with her books: The Freedom Plan: Redesign Your Business To Earn More, Work Less and Be Free and The Suitcase Entrepreneur: Create Freedom in Business and Adventure in Life. She is a sought-after speaker and was named as one of Huffington Post’s 50 Must-Follow Women Entrepreneurs in 2017.
