Drawing on a diverse background in banking, insurance, recruitment and business finance, Lindsay brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced by SMEs. This experience underpins his leadership of the ScotPac New Zealand team, where he’s focused on delivering innovative finance solutions tailored to the needs of New Zealand businesses – giving more SMEs the tools and support to succeed.Kelly Eckholdis Chief Economist at Westpac. Kelly began his career at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, where he went on to hold a range of senior roles across the Financial Markets, Economics and Financial Stability departments. Most recently, he spent 12 years at the International Monetary Fund, working on monetary policy, foreign exchange and financial stability issues. Kelly joined Westpac in March 2023.
