A SWITCHED ON TEAM REQUIRES GREAT CHAMPIONS

Bring your teams’ ideas, values and ingenuity to the table with deep-diversity and inclusion.  When conducted just right, building the right skills and culture into your business can deliver massive returns.

Hear Martin Nichols from Coca-Cola Amatil share their story of engaging their senior leaders to create diversity ambassadors within their teams. Martin will delve into how their efforts won a Walk-the-Talk award from Diversity Works NZ, and how the culture of Coca-Cola will carry a lifetime legacy.

Also, Lana West from Beca will demonstrate how utilising their staff’s skills and talent pushed beyond their current markets, and drove business growth. Lana will talk about how listening and learning from their people developed dynamic leadership throughout the entire business.

Our speakers will also discuss:

  • The thinkers, the doers, the creatives and beyond – how to capatilise on team dynamics and differences
  • Implementing policies, incentives and expectations without just ‘ticking the box’
  • Hidden hurdles – resolving unconscious bias within leadership
