The art & science of creating a high-performance company culture.

For 25 years Michael Henderson, corporate anthropologist and high-performance company culture expert, has scientifically studied high performing teams – observing, advising and educating organisations on how to enhance their workplace culture for greater levels of performance, staff fulfilment and customer delight.

He’s the secret weapon behind the Crusaders, Coca-Cola, Z Energy (AON Best Employer), 2Degrees, Australia’s Navy, High Performance Sport NZ, BUPA Hong Kong, Suncrest Bank USA, Foxtel TV and others. He only works with Tier 1 companies and larger corporates doing on-going, very expensive retainers but for the first time, Michael is running a course for SMEs.

Made up of 4 half-day workshops at Smales Farm, Takapuna, over an 8-week period, Michael will teach business owners and senior managers how to work on their current and immediate culture needs and learn how to maintain and develop a culture over a longer period of time.

Michael will use his decades of share:
– How culture forms
– The three primary levels of culture: unstable, stable and high-performing
– How to plan for culture
– How to build (and maintain) your culture
– How to move your people from one level to the next higher level
– How to create a custom culture performance pathway including beliefs and behaviors that will deliver the strategic outcomes you want
