The ‘People+’ Series is a full day workshop that aims to up-skill, energise and engage you and your senior team, creating a culture of accountability that will drive the business forward. Run by Andrew Geddes, one of Australia’s most experienced development coaches, this workshop is fun, hard work and practical.

The day starts by assessing how your business stacks up now. From leadership and governance, to systems and processes, to the zing in your team. All is worked through using The Andrew Geddes 500 Point Self Assessment system. You will then learn how to formulate a digital marketing process that will deliver profitable sales, before moving on to the secret of building a high performance team.

The final part of the day examines creating a culture of accountability and how to get all team members thinking and acting like owners.
