It is a tense time for most of us as COVID-19 is rapidly changing the way we live and work. We know many people are feeling anxious, stressed, worried and scared. We need to prioritise mental wellbeing so we can manage our lives over the next few weeks, make good decisions, manage additional stress and distress, and prepare ourselves for what is to come.
In this webinar, Lisa Ducat, Workplace Wellbeing Specialist with The Mental Health Foundation, will join Craig Garner, Chief Executive of Business Mentors New Zealand, to provide some tips for looking after your mental wellbeing during COVID-19.
