Showcase Workshop, New Zealand’s popular content distribution system for businesses who need to keep their whole team synchronised, has won the Tabby Award in the Best Windows App for Small Business category in New York.
President and Co-Founder Millie Jocelyn paid tribute to the Wellington based technical team that designed and continues to enhance the software for its global clients: “Paul Tuckey’s (VP Product) design genius has really won this award for us,” says Millie “Showcase Workshop is one of the few content distribution systems that works across iOS, Android, browsers and, of course, Windows, and given that many of our business customers are Windows users, it’s fantastic to have an award to acknowledge it’s value.”
The Tabby Awards judging panel stated: “We found the Showcase Workshop app to be visually appealing, intuitive and very well-designed. We found the offline access, content synchronization, video, Salesforce integration and customer access tracking features particularly useful.  Showcase Workshop scored highly against our evaluation criteria, particularly in the areas of user experience, design, performance and overall business value. We would like to congratulate the Showcase team on their best Windows tablet app award within our very competitive field.”
Millie Jocelyn’s Wellington based team makes up the global HQ of Showcase Workshop. The company also has representatives in San Francisco, San Diego and London.
“We’ll take a brief pause and celebrate this win,” says Millie. “It’s something we plan to share with our customers as well. While I know this success will give our business a considerable boost, especially from companies needing to unite their teams using a modern content system like Showcase, we’ll stay focused on building a great product with exceptional service. We’re all about putting the service in the SaaS.”
