Award-winning chef Simon Gault, known for his passion for food and flavour, has released a range of premium at-home cocktails branded Gault’s Cocktails.

When New Zealand moved to Alert Level 4 in August, Chef Simon Gault quickly started thinking about how to keep his team employed while at the same time, bringing new culinary experiences to Kiwis. Chef Gault set out to create a unique at-home cocktail range that did not compromise on flavour but, rather, brought premium flavours found nowhere else to homes across the country.
Launching last week, Gault’s Cocktails does not disappoint. Presenting a full package with premium spirits and the finest ingredients sourced from around the world, including some from Gault’s own garden, these cocktail kits are designed to create special moments and memories during uncertain times.
“We’ve set out to change the game of mixology and deliver a premium experience right to your door, touching on every component. Gault’s Cocktails are all about recreating the mood of being on holiday, without a care in the world and a drink in hand. It’s an escape from the ordinary, at home or with friends over Zoom, and a taste of luxury when life is feeling monotonous,” says Gault.
Gault’s style of cooking has become synonymous with impeccable taste and a passion for flavour. Gault’s Cocktails allows everyone to experience the iconic chef’s unique style and balance of ingredients, all from the comfort of home, picnicing in the park or a socially distanced beachside rendezvous.
More than a collection of quality pre-mixes, every detail of a Gault’s Cocktails experience has been carefully considered by Gault and his team of talented mixologists. Expect specialised margarita salts, pineapple chips, dried flowers, blood orange rounds, and much more.

Gault’s Cocktails and associated products are available from Gault’s Deli, 3/84 Spartan Road, Takanini and online at www.gaultscocktails.co.nz
