Kiwi company iMoved.me has introduced a new feature to help people with a common complaint: replacing the cards in your wallet if it goes missing.

Currently iMoved.me is a great way to let businesses, friends and family know that you’ve moved addresses. When users sign up they select the registered businesses they want to advise and put in their friends and family members’ email addresses then push go with their new address.
iMoved.me then does all the heavy lifting and lets everyone know what your new address is.

The latest feature, ILostMyWallet.me, is what founder Kit Greer calls an absolute time saver.

“I’ve lost my wallet heaps of times,” he says.

“Aside from losing money one of the biggest pains is having to go to everyone you have a card with and getting new ones. Sometimes I can’t even remember what cards I had in my wallet.”

“With the new feature, users just go to the lost wallet tab on the iMoved.me site or access directly at ILostMyWallet.me and then they can either review the companies they’re about to tell or skip straight to the security question. That’s it! We’ll then let all the companies you’ve registered know and you’ll get a new card out pronto.”

“We’ve built in a function that if you find the wallet in 48 hours you can click a button and cancel all the requests. It’s a pretty great way of sorting out something that can be a real pain.”

More than 70 providers registered with iMoved.me include banks, NZTA, New World, Fly Buys, and AT Hop.

Existing users can access the new service when they next login to iMoved.me. Both iMoved.me and ILostMyWallet.me services are free.
