As a Business Owner Glenn, we know it can be hard to look beyond the immediate. Business planning, and the day-to-day can force succession planning to the back seat.

But failing to prepare for the longer term to ensure there is a smooth transition of ownership when the time comes, or putting a contingency plan in place in case something unexpected happens can be lethal. The Icehouse Succession & Transition Workshop will give you the opportunity to get into future-thinking mode and plan for the expected and the unexpected.

The last workshop for 2017 starts on 7 November in Auckland, we’d love to see you there.

Click to book!

Date: 7 November
Time: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Location: The Icehouse, Auckland
Cost: $1795 + GST (funding available)
