If you have the authority to hire and dismiss staff, this workshop is for you.

Sam Houliston (Senior Associate) and Mo Al Obaidi (Solicitor) from Hesketh Henry will guide you through the “need to know” employment law requirements when you are seeking to dismiss a member of staff.

Sam and Mo will focus on the end of the employment relationship, the employment law test for justification, possible reasons for termination and the legal process to follow.
