So many people hold stories and special moments in their lives close to their hearts. Forget-Me-Not Life Stories make it easy for them to transform a headful of memories and a boxful of photos into an enduring legacy for families.
“Our clients feel passionately that they want their family stories saved but don’t always have the time or the skills required to go about what can become a massive task,” says Christine Norton, who started Forget-Me-Not Life Stories in 2009 because she didn’t want to lose the stories of her father who served in WW11 in the Pacific Islands.
“However, they want a professional quality book that will last for future generations.
“I couldn’t leave these memories unrecorded so set about constructing his life story and sifting through piles of memorabilia, gleaning the treasured ‘nuggets’ to be featured.
Over the past ten years the Forget-Me-Not Life Stories group has grown to include a number of life story writers around the country and a team of graphic designers, editors and proof-readers. “It truly is ‘work from the heart’ and a privilege to be allowed into our clients’ lives in such a personal way,” says Christine.
