Deloitte has today announced the finalists for the 2025 Deloitte Top 200 Awards, recognising New Zealand organisations and leaders who are driving resilience, innovation, and strategic growth across the country.
Now in its 36th year, the awards highlight outstanding individual and management team performances among New Zealandโs largest companies and trading organisations. This yearโs theme, โCelebrating those who move Aotearoa forwardโ reflects renewed optimism and determination within the business community.
For the first time, companies listed on the S&P/NZX50 will have a dedicated index alongside the Top 200, Top 30 Financial Institutions, and Top 10 Mฤori Business indices. Deloitte says the new index will provide clearer insights into the performance of these listed companies and recognise them alongside their peers.
โWeโre in an era where technology and innovation are reshaping the way businesses operate,โ says Mike Horne, Deloitte New Zealand Chief Executive.
โAfter navigating tough times, New Zealand organisations are now seizing opportunities to transform and grow. The Deloitte Top 200 finalists are leading this charge; leveraging digital tools, embracing AI, and driving sustainable progress and itโs a privilege to celebrate their leadership and impact.โ
The awards span multiple categories, with judging by an independent panel including Jonathan Mason, Darren Manning, Gavin Lonergan, and Hinerangi Raumati-Tuโua. Category-specific awards are judged by leading experts in diversity, sustainability, and executive leadership.
The winners will be revealed at a black-tie event on Thursday, 4 December 2025, at Aucklandโs Viaduct Events Centre.
