You’ve put the hard yards into getting your business where it is today. Now get the recognition you deserve!

The David Awards acknowledge that New Zealand’s small, micro and home businesses more than hold their own against the better known Goliaths in our Kiwi business landscape. In fact, size for size, they punch well above their weight.

We know our “Davids” are great little businesses, started, owned and run by ordinary, passionate and dedicated people. In fact, people just like you. Their success lies in the tenacity, innovation, vision, nimbleness, courage, and often, simply sheer grit and determination of their owners.

We know you’re busy running the show, but we think it’s time you got some of the credit too – so we’ve made it very simple to enter. In fact, we think the entry process is the simplest of any business awards in the country – and as it’s all online, you don’t even need to leave your desk.

You don’t have to be good at everything to make your mark either. There are lots of categoriesincluding some aimed at startups, growing businesses or you might be a marketing whiz or technology guru. Your business may be doing its bit for the community or it could even just be the one that’s still here in spite of lots of challenges or setbacks!

There are also some great prizes for finalists and winners, thanks to our amazing sponsors. Check them out here.

Get your entry in now.  Entries close 5 p.m. on Tuesday 17th August 2021.

Every entrant gets individual feedback from the judges, and of course there are trophies, certificates and badges for your web site and marketing materials.

The People’s Choice Award is also great for anyone wanting to leverage social media for a bit of extra recognition and publicity. Get your supporters voting too!

What are you waiting for? It’s time to give your great little business a spot in the limelight!
