Stop winging it. Start thinking strategically
You’ve heard the advice a hundred times: Work on the business, not in it. But what does that actually mean, and where do you even start?
Join strategy trainer Ryan Sproull on Thursday 30 July, from 7:00am, for a no-nonsense session that strips away the jargon and jazz hands surrounding business strategy and replaces them with practical frameworks you can apply straight away.
At just $15 per person, it’s one of the most affordable mornings of professional development you’ll find, and one of the most useful.
Here’s the thing most business owners don’t realise: You already have a strategy. You’re just probably not running it on purpose. This session is about making it conscious, deliberate, and effective.
- What does “strategy” actually mean, and how does it differ from just running a good operation?
- How do you figure out what makes your business genuinely different from competitors?
- Is strategy just a marketing question, and if not, how does it involve the whole business?
- How do you cut through the complexity and commit to one clear direction without getting it perfect?
Ryan will walk you through the fundamentals of business strategy using real tools and models, including how to think about the value you offer customers, how to structure your costs around delivering it differently, and how to identify the strategic choices hiding in plain sight across your business.
Fast-paced. Practical. No fluff. No selling. Just the strategic clarity you need to lead your business with more confidence.
