Processing all your monthly taxi spend to your account’s software is quick and easy via the TaxiCharge nationwide billing and reporting solution.

By using one of the solutions offered by TaxiCharge, the company downloads all your taxi spend and reporting information directly to your nominated accounting package, thus saving time for your accounts staff.

Trip information, including charges, pick up and drop off addresses, is captured and provided by the company’s solutions. These include personalised cards, electronic vouchers as well as mobile booking and payment Apps.

TaxiCharge chief executive Mark Lines says information can be supplied in any reporting format and to any time frame, ie, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on the customer’s requirements. Invoices can be emailed fortnightly or monthly and customised reports emailed to a nominated cost centre if required. Invoice extracts and exception reporting can also be provided.

The service is supported by customised reporting tools held in eTaxi, a free online administration website, to assist account holders to manage their taxi spend. See www.taxicharge.co.nz\solutions

TaxiCharge links to 25 partner taxi companies with over 2500 associated taxis around New Zealand.
