Business owners need help, and ActionCOACH founder and chairman Brad Sugars wants to come to their rescue. He’s aiming to come to the aid of business owners all across Australia and New Zealand, and he’ll be doing it for free. Sugars is going to help business owners and ease small and medium-sized business owners’ worries about their businesses by teaching them how to ‘Buy Customers’! His bi-country seminar tour will be based on his new bestselling book Buying Customers. Sugars says he will teach business owners that they have to buy customers at great prices and turn their businesses into customer buying machines.
“Given the fact that ActionCOACH and our clients have actually had a great year in 2012, I wanted to give back in the best way I know. We already coach more than a hundred charities pro-bono, but I wanted to help the business people who really are the back bone of the economy,” Sugars said. ‘I want to teach business owners how to get returns on advertising and make their marketing and investment that works for their business!”
In July 2013 Sugars will be teaching business owners how to guarantee themselves that each new customer buying from them will be a life-long customer, that buys more products at ever high price points. Sugars will take time away from ActionCOACH and devote himself to his “Buying Customers” tour, absolutely free of charge for business owners.
He was one of Entrepreneur magazine’s Top 50 Entrepreneurs in 2007, one of 5 finalists for CEO of the Year in 2009 at the American Business Awards and has taken his private company ActionCOACH to the #65 ranked franchise globally. In addition his business won the Excellence in International Franchising award from the Franchise Council of Australia.

His tour will include Perth, Sydney, Central Coast, Sunshine Coast, Auckland, Wellington and Tauranga. Sugars hopes that by visiting all these major cities, people who want to attend “Buying Customers” will live within commuting distance – ensuring that no one will be left out.
“The biggest disappointment is you can’t get to more people – you can only go to so many cities,” Sugars said. “There are more people that need help that just can’t get to the event. But that’s another reason I’m doing these tours – to give ActionCOACH more exposure and inform more people about what we do, so we might be able to help more people.”
Sugars, a featured columnist for Entrepreneur Magazine, has given literally thousands of seminars to hundreds of thousands of attendees and has written 14 books on business strategies, including the highly acclaimed “Instant Success Series” published by McGraw Hill.
