The Coffee Club has been recognised by New Zealand customers for going above and beyond expectations and delivering outstanding service, with a Gold Award in the 2019 Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards.

The 2019 awards recognise the best in quality service provided across a range of categories. The Coffee Club took top spot in the Coffee Shops & Cafés category.

“Providing the highest possible standard of customer service – along with good food and excellent coffee – is at the very heart of who we are and what we do,” says The Coffee Club Co-Director, Andy Lucas.

“Knowing that Kiwis have voted for us makes this award even more satisfying. We are humbled and proud of the fact that that our customers enjoy spending time at The Coffee Club so much. This gold award is also testament to the amount of care and effort that our franchisees and other team members put in. They care about their customers and genuinely want to provide them with the best experience possible.”

For the past 19 years, NZ Reader’s Digest has asked consumers which brands of products and services matter to them. The publication surveys a representative sample of 1411 New Zealanders on their most trusted brands in 65 categories across a wide range of industries.

The Coffee Club opened its first store in New Zealand in 2005, and has grown rapidly, since then, opening new stores all over New Zealand.  www.thecoffeeclub.co.nz.
