The combined resources of the Wiri, Greater East Tamaki and Manukau Central Business Associations are hosting the 2nd annual Southern Business Market at the Telstra Clear Pacific Events Centre on 20th February 2013.
This showcase B2B event provides over 100 South Auckland businesses the opportunity to network and showcase their companies products and services.
Several exhibitors are using the event to launch ground breaking innovations in their industry – one being Wiri based business Colour Worx, who are investing in excess of half a million dollars to bring pioneering glass imaging technology to New Zealand.
Entry to the event is free and organizers expect 1,000 business attendees to take part on the day.
This year the event has been expanded to include four Business Building Seminars focusing on marketing, business growth and HR. Each 40-minute seminar is run by leading experts in each field, in an interactive manner to ensure that valuable ideas and lessons can be shared. The seminars will conclude with a Business Owners Forum – an education and networking session for owner managers wanting to take their business to the next level.
SBM spokesperson Claire Johnston commented that the event provides both exhibitors and attendees a platform to make valuable connections and establish business relationships to help their business in these difficult times.
