Programme: The Waikato MBA – Master of Business Administration (180 points).

Intake date: March 2025.

Location: Choose from the University of Waikato’s two modern campuses in Tauranga or Hamilton.

Study format: Part-time, hybrid learning with 15 on-campus classes a year (Saturdays, 8.30am-5.00pm), plus 20 online evening sessions (Wednesdays, 6pm-9pm).

Duration: Two years, with option to extend to 3-4 years to suit your own pace.

Admission criteria

  • A bachelor’s degree or professional qualification with at least a B-minus grade average, and 3+ years of experience managing people, projects, or processes.
  • OR at least 7 years of management experience.

Accreditation: Waikato Management School is in the top 1% of business schools globally, holding the prestigious Triple Crown Accreditation, including AMBA accreditation for the MBA.
