In this constantly changing economic climate, many businesses are understandably questioning their next steps. Leaders with experiential knowledge can deliver the answers.

New to the speaking and training circuit, Speaking from Experience now provides access to leaders who are prepared to take time out of their own professions to share their experience and knowledge with the businesses and organisations who need it most.

Speaking from Experience is a collaboration between Michelle Gimblett and Heather Robertson, who had a conversation one day about the need to increase reality based experiential knowledge for businesses and organisations.

“In my 25 years of business consulting, the greatest thing I ever did for my clients was setting up The Knowledge Network – a program that enables members to share their knowledge and experience, assisting each other to build strong, sustainable strategies rooted in reality,” explains business consultant Heather Robertson.

Speaking from Experience extends the principle of The Knowledge Network, providing access to leaders who are prepared to take time out of their organisations to share their experiential knowledge openly. The service is underpinned by an active social commitment that sees 25 percent of each client’s fee donated to a charity of the hiring organisation’s choice.

Communications consultant Michelle Gimblett has always found authentication and verification crucial to successful public relations. “These things are crucial to Speaking from Experience also. Every speaker we offer is someone we have worked with or have a direct connection with, and can vouch for. Between our respective backgrounds we can offer leaders from commerce, charities, technology, local and central Government and a full range of scientific fields.”

Speakers are prepared to speak about the lessons they have learned, their stumbles and missteps, mistakes and successes. What they did – and how. More than mere inspiration, audiences will gain real insights from real people, with real experience.

If you are planning a conference, event or a developmental workshop, Speaking from Experience are ready to tap an experienced shoulder.
