Callaghan Innovation, in close co-operation with international & local industry technology leaders: SEW, SMC, IFM & NZ Controls, will invite NZ business leaders, plant managers & designers, to join us for a unique breakfast forum. Focussed on New Zealand’s uptake of Industry 4.0 concepts.

Participants will learn about the current state of play in NZ manufacturing, in comparison to other large developed markets. While gaining valuable insights into where efficiencies & plant improvements can, and have been achieved, following implementation of this advanced technology.

This special event is an opportunity to hear from local innovation leaders, and understand how Industry 4.0 is now actively shaping the nation’s manufacturing of the future.

The forum’s purpose is to share insights, allowing company leaders to understand & embrace the concepts of Industry 4.0 in their capital investment decisions & plant specifications for new investments.

The networking aspect of the forum will help people share their interpretations and share insights.

Following this, participants are invited to join a discussion about the concepts of industrial digitalisation, and insights into the current & future potential offered by Industry 4.0.

A panel of speakers from local technology leaders, NZ Controls, SMC, IFM & SEW will share news about the direction each company is taking moving forward, and opportunities being created through new technological developments.

There will be time available for a short Q&A session with panel members, to help expand on what has been presented, and offer practicable tips for Industry 4.0 implementation.
